All products are professionally made to order. That means when you order a sweatshirt it is printed just for you! So unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept returns with the exception of misprinted or damaged merchandise. 

*All products have a size chart attached in the listing. Always refer to the sizing chart to avoid ordering the wrong size*

Your purchase will be custom printed in 1-4 days! In times of higher demand the printing time might jump slightly but always feel free to reach out to us if you need something in a hurry and we will do our best to make it happen!

Standard shipping is between 3-5 days once your order is printed. This means most orders will arrive between 4-9 days of purchase! But please remember once an item is shipped it is out of our hands and we can not guarantee shipping times

Please verify all your information and address is correct on your receipt. Contact us as soon as you notice a package that seems to be lost or hasn’t been delivered. We are not responsible for orders once they have been shipped but will always do our best to assist you in locating it.
